Villa only 30 meters from the sea, nestled in the Punta Pizzo reserve in Gallipoli. An exclusive and unique solution, featuring saltwater pool and jacuzzi with a sunbathing area.

The property consists of 2 separate annexes, one attached to the main body of the villa where the owners live, and the other located in front of the main building. Both are independent and, situated just a few meters apart, the two annexes are divided into:

ANNEX (55 sqm - 5+1 beds). It comprises 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed for 3 people, and a 1-person sofa bed in the living room. It features a spacious air-conditioned (upon request) living room and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and fridge, along with a shower bathroom (without bidet). The outdoor space is furnished with armchairs, a table, and chairs for outdoor dining, and it includes an external gas barbecue.

DETACHED (64 sqm - 5+2 beds). It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed for 3 people, and a 2-person sofa bed in the living room. It features a spacious air-conditioned (upon request) living room and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, and a dining table, along with a shower bathroom with a bidet. This annex has two furnished outdoor spaces with garden furniture and a built-in external barbecue.

The pool, solarium, laundry area, and outdoor shower will be shared with other guests if the two accommodations are rented separately. Unattended outdoor parking is available.

The spacious saltwater pool, located in the center of the property, offers the benefits of a pool with the properties of seawater, providing a gentle sensation on the skin and eyes. It features a jacuzzi that will be active for approximately one hour each day.
