Description

Trullo Sant'Abbate, with its private pool, is located just 2.5 km from Castellana Grotte and 15 km from Monopoli and the sea. It is nestled in the Mediterranean landscape of Puglia, allowing you to experience authentic Puglia and its centuries-old olive trees for a relaxing vacation.

The residence can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of two communicating units. The main body of the structure, originally and skillfully renovated in traditional Apulian style, houses a master bedroom with a TV corner. The recent extension features a spacious living area, kitchenette, fireplace, and a first bathroom with a shower carved into the rock. This area also includes a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower.

The access to the outdoor area is equipped with an automatic gate and private parking for cars and bicycles. It leads to the large private pool with a whirlpool (10x4m), equipped with sun loungers. The covered patio overlooking the pool is equipped with a wood-fired oven (on request), a kitchenette, barbecue, and a dining table, allowing you to enjoy views of the olive groves during outdoor meals.

Trullo Sant'Abbate is located in the Rosatella area, a few kilometers from Castellana Grotte, known for its local market and the famous Castellana Grotte cave system. Additionally, you can easily reach the Triggianello hamlet to savor Apulian meat specialties and the sea of Monopoli, where you can also explore its medieval-style historic center.
