Villa Le Cementine is a villa immersed in the Mediterranean scrubland among shrubs and fruit trees, located in San Pietro in Bevagna just 1 km from the crystalline sea.

The Villa is built with iconic materials from the Salento region, from the pink natural stone cladding to the decorative cement tile floors and the architecture of the vaulted ceilings, every element allows a connection between the past and the present.

Inside, the villa consists of an entrance living room with a masonry kitchen and a dining table, and two double bedrooms with ensuite shower bathrooms. The simple and functional furnishings complement all the spaces, allowing guests to stay and relax in complete comfort.

The property is also characterized by a magnificent pool surrounded by an area with sun loungers and deck chairs, leading to a spacious covered and equipped veranda with a kitchen and a dining table for lunches and dinners. There is also a built-in barbecue and unique stone seats furnished with comfortable cushions.

Special attention has been given to the two outdoor showers, one that blends seamlessly with a large natural stone boulder and another located in a unique little room with a masonry seat.

The presence of fruit trees and the organic garden allows for a supply of healthy and seasonal products to discover Mediterranean flavors.
