Villa Olimpia is an exclusive villa with pool located in Marina di Pescoluse, in the municipality of Salve, just 400 meters far from the famous sandy beaches of the Ionian coast, in Salento, as Maldive del Salento.

The villa, surrounded by a garden with Mediterranean scrub and pine trees, has a Jacuzzi an infinity pool of 200 square meters, with different heights: 60 meters, 110 meters and 240 meters. All around there is a solarium areas with sun beds and umbrellas. Available abroad a large shower and a bathroom. 

Villa Olimpia has a large living room with fireplace in “pietra leccese”, sofa and a large window overlooking the wonderful pool; a cupboard and a dining table in solid wood. In the kitchen, there is every necessary appliance from the fridge to the oven and a typical Salento fireplace.

In the sleeping area there are 3 double bedrooms with “volte a stella” and windows overlooking the garden and the wonderful pool, each of them with a sofa bed. There are 3 large bathrooms with shower, sink and bidet.

The villa has a laundry area complete with washing machine, wood-burning oven and a barbecue, security cameras and indoor parking in the shade.

Villa Olimpia is just 10 km far from Santa Maria di Leuca and 40 km from Gallipoli.
