Just a few minutes' drive from Ostuni, nestled amidst an olive grove, various fruit trees, including a century-old pomegranate orchard, and Mediterranean scrubland, EcoVilla Pietra Bianca emerges. It's a skillfully renovated Saracen trullo designed with eco-sustainability in mind.

The finely furnished villa can accommodate 8/10 people in 4 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower bathroom, plus a sofa bed; organized as follows: 3 suites located in the central part of the ancient trullo, each with its independent entrance, and 1 garden-facing annex room.

The living area consists of a well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a cozy sitting area furnished with armchairs and a TV.

The meticulously maintained outdoor area features an exclusive pool with soft, curvaceous shapes and varying depths, surrounded by a sunbathing area. Outside, there's also a spacious patio with a table for delightful lunches and dinners, a wood-burning oven, a barbecue, and a bar area with sofas and armchairs for relaxation.

The villa, furnished exclusively with natural materials, is self-sufficient thanks to the presence of photovoltaic panels, energy-efficient appliances, and an artesian well that allows for water savings and is used to fill the pool and irrigate the garden and fruit trees. There's also an electric car charging station in the parking area, powered by the photovoltaic panels.

All rooms are equipped with a TV featuring Sky, Netflix, and Amazon services, Wi-Fi, and LAN connectivity, a home automation system, automatic smartphone-controlled access, air conditioning, a minibar, and a shower with misting and chromotherapy for a delightful sensory experience.
