All rooms are air-conditioned, and many feature private bathrooms and direct access to the outdoors.

The upper floor includes three double bedrooms, some with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, along with a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. A panoramic terrace, partially shaded by a white wooden pergola, welcomes guests with a dining area, sofas and sea-view armchairs. On the lower floor are three more bedrooms – two doubles and one twin – plus a separate laundry area. From here, too, guests can access a shaded patio equipped for outdoor relaxation.

The outdoor areas also feature a hot water shower, barbecue, lounge area, sun loungers, private parking, and a 24-hour security service. Upon request, additional services are available such as daily cleaning, linen change, private chef, airport transfers, childcare and tailor-made boat tours exploring the coastal caves of Leuca.

The Lighthouse and Basilica De Finibus Terrae are within walking distance, while the sandy beaches of the Ionian coast, such as the Maldive del Salento, and the Adriatic cliffs are only a few kilometers away. The nearest town, Gagliano del Capo, offers all essential services: supermarkets, pharmacy, post office, bank, traditional restaurants, and pastry shops. Lecce is 70 km away, and Brindisi Airport about 110 km, both conveniently connected via the SS275.
