Constructed entirely with sustainable materials, the villa is energy self-sufficient, and its innovative controlled mechanical ventilation system ensures air circulation while maintaining consistent temperatures, providing a sense of pleasant well-being. An alarm system is also in place.

The villa's  living area features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the functional appliances needed for meal preparation. In the living space, you'll find a spacious dining table and a cozy seating area with sofas.

EcoVilla Alberobello, with its ample spaces, is decorated with designer elements and valuable artwork, including interesting artistic works.

The meticulously maintained outdoor area includes a patio with loungers and sunbeds surrounding the 4x10-meter pool, as well as a shaded dining area with a large table, barbecue, and a convenient sink. A heated pool is available upon request for an additional fee.
