Spacious residence located just 800 meters from the seashore in Castrignano del Capo, surrounded by a 2000 square meter olive grove and enclosed for guest privacy. This elegant villa is single-level and consists of a main building and a charming dependance.

In the main part of the villa, a welcoming entrance greets you. A large living-dining area is furnished with a comfortable sofa that can convert into an additional double bed when needed. The dining area is integrated with a fully equipped kitchen.

The villa features 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and a practical triple bunk bed. Each room can accommodate up to five people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. In addition to a safe and air conditioning, each room also has its private bathroom with a shower to ensure the privacy of all guests.

Villa Felloniche is well-equipped with TVs and satellite decoders, an electric oven, microwave, and a dishwasher. Furthermore, the villa has a security alarm system with a telephone dialer for guest safety.

Outside the villa, there are two spacious porches, one overlooking the pool and the other at the rear of the villa, where you can relax in the shade or dine al fresco.

The villa's pool is a true relaxation oasis, located adjacent to the main residence. With generous dimensions of 10x6 meters and a depth ranging from 1.00 to 1.60 meters, and two convenient outdoor showers with hot water and stone cladding, it provides ample space for swimming and cooling off. In the external courtyard, there are two complete barbecue setups with a worktop and a sink, perfect for preparing outdoor grills and meals. A staircase leads to a picturesque belvedere from which you can admire a splendid view with centuries-old olive trees and the sea on the horizon. The villa also includes a laundry room with a washing machine and drying area.

The dependance next to the villa, with its 40 square meters, offers a fully equipped kitchenette, an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a triple bunk bed, and a private bathroom with a shower.
