Description

The Maldive Pajara is a unique rural structure typical of the Salento region, located in the countryside of Torre Vado, near the seaside town of di Pescoluse. Constructed using the dry stone wall technique, the Maldive Pajara has retained its charm thanks to a skillful renovation.

The property features a spacious and well-lit dining room with an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, dining table and chairs, fireplace, and air conditioning.

One of the three double bedrooms is particularly distinctive, as it has preserved its stone walls and is separated from the central living area by a charming curtain. From the large living room, you can access the remaining bedrooms, tastefully and simply furnished, and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

In the sleeping area, the exceptional and ancient dry stone wall construction ensures cool interiors without the need for air conditioners, relying solely on simple fans. The bedroom doors and windows are protected by mosquito nets.

The villa comes with amenities like a TV, satellite dish, and Wi-Fi.

An infinity pool, complete with sun loungers, umbrellas, and two outdoor showers, is a focal point in the garden spanning over 5000 square meters, featuring fruit trees and olive trees. A solid wooden canopy provides shelter from the weather and hosts a table and chairs for poolside dining, with the option to prepare delightful barbecues using the barbecue.

Pajara Maldive is located just 3 km from the renowned Pescoluse beach, also known as the "Maldives of Salento", and 4 km from Torre Vado, a small seaside town with bars, restaurants, various services, and a tourist port, not far from the elegant and picturesque Santa Maria di Leuca, which can be reached in a 10-minute drive.
