The sleeping quarters are located along a corridor with barrel vault ceilings and include 3 double bedrooms on the ground floor, each with direct outdoor access and a calm, neutral décor. 2 stylish bathrooms with spacious showers serve these rooms. The fourth bedroom is located upstairs and is completely independent, accessible via an external staircase. It includes a private en-suite bathroom, a small outdoor kitchen, and a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea - a perfect hideaway for guests seeking extra privacy.
The 10x4m infinity pool with saltwater is set among local stone terraces and Mediterranean gardens filled with flowering plants and shrubs. Around the pool, sun loungers, a shaded gazebo and a double chaise longue invite you to fully unwind under the southern Italian sun. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, wine fridge, mobile barbecue, and an outdoor shower. All rooms are fitted with mosquito screens, blackout blinds, and an alarm system for added security. Please note: the tap water comes from an artesian well and is not potable, but perfectly suitable for cooking and personal hygiene.
