Located on a plot of approximately 3000 square meters, completely enclosed by stone walls and equipped with a private automated gate, as well as direct access to the sea.
The villa consists of a central building that houses a dining area and a modern kitchen, both equipped with air conditioning and a sound diffusion system. This system is present in all areas of the house, including outdoor spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with a TV, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, and dishwasher (kitchen, bed, and bath linens can be rented separately). A table with chairs and a convertible sofa bed into a comfortable double bed are available for guests.
In the central building, there is also a bathroom with a shower and a spacious air-conditioned bedroom, furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed that can be transformed into a bunk bed for a maximum of 5 sleeping spots.
Outside the central building, there are two spacious covered porches: one with a sea view, equipped with a table and chairs, and the other overlooking the pool, also furnished with a table and chairs. Nearby, there is a stone barbecue with a 4-burner stove and a sink.
At the back of the central building, a convenient staircase leads to a belvedere with a direct sea view, where there is a whirlpool tub, ideal for enjoying breathtaking sunsets.
In the immediate vicinity, a separate guesthouse offers a kitchen, a porch, and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, both equipped with a sound diffusion system, a safe, TV, and an alarm system. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a sofa bed that can be transformed into a bunk bed, while the other bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with showers.
Outside the guesthouse, there are two charming outdoor showers, spacious and covered in stone, both with hot water. There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine.
The villa features an 8x4 meter pool with a depth of 1.3 meters, accessible even to the youngest guests thanks to a convenient staircase located next to the pool. Pool cleaning and pH control are managed by specialized personnel discreetly and at suitable times.
Within the property, a large covered area offers space to park vehicles, protected and shaded.
